1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gr222 ("gr222", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gr222 online gaming platform available at gr222.org and any associated mobile interface.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the gr222 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with gr222's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the gr222 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using gr222, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You hold only one gr222 account. Opening more than one account per person is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.
• You are not using gr222 in connection with any criminal or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to money laundering, match-fixing, or bonus abuse schemes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of gr222 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.

gr222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any account holder at any time and to suspend or close an account where satisfactory proof is not provided within a reasonable period.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access the full range of gr222 services — including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions — you must complete the registration process and pass gr222's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Registration is free and takes under five minutes for most users.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your gr222 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

KYC Documents Required

Before processing any withdrawal request, gr222 requires all account holders to complete identity verification. The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport — to verify your full legal name, date of birth, and nationality.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your name and current Bangladesh address, dated within 90 days.
• Payment verification — confirmation of the mobile banking number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) or card details used for deposits, to prevent fraud and ensure withdrawals are returned to the correct owner.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gr222 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. gr222 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gr222 support immediately. gr222 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made at gr222:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gr222, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. gr222 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• gr222 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card issuer may apply their own service charges. These third-party charges are outside gr222's control and are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests submitted at gr222:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed and the request will be returned to your available account balance.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as your gr222 account. gr222 does not make payments to third parties under any circumstances. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• gr222 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification steps required. During peak periods or where additional account review is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gr222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a gr222 account and complete their first deposit are eligible for the gr222 welcome bonus. The welcome bonus amount and any applicable wagering requirement will be displayed on the promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is only available to new players completing their first deposit — it cannot be claimed more than once per player or per household address.

General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions at gr222, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money).
• gr222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit from a player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any activity that gr222 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active on a gr222 account at any one time. If you make a deposit without opting into a bonus, that deposit will be credited as cash to your real money wallet and no bonus will be applied retroactively.

6. Responsible Gaming

gr222 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. Online gaming is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. It should never be used as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or an escape from personal problems.

gr222 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, free of charge and accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your gr222 account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 7-day cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your gr222 account. A reminder notification will be sent 10 minutes before your session limit is reached.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gr222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the gr222 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using gr222 accounts to move funds between parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to all players through the standard gr222 interface.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker variants, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game offered on gr222.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, payment processing errors, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reversed from the player's account.
• Registering or operating more than one gr222 account, or creating a new account after a previous account has been self-excluded, permanently closed, or suspended for a terms violation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gr222 staff, other players, or live dealers through any communication channel available on the platform, including live chat and in-game chat functions.

gr222 employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all accounts and transaction types. Where prohibited activity is detected, gr222 may freeze account funds, request additional documentation, or refer the matter to relevant legal or financial authorities without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gr222 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the gr222 brand name — is the exclusive property of gr222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gr222 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as permitted under these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the gr222 platform or its content without the prior written consent of gr222.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gr222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gr222 platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, gr222 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the gr222 platform or any game due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events (including natural disasters, governmental action, or telecommunications failures), or circumstances beyond gr222's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions subsequently identified as technical errors, or payment processing delays outside gr222's direct control.
• Any unauthorised access to your gr222 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, your use of an unsecured device or network, or your disclosure of account information to a third party.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

gr222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so, or failure to provide satisfactory documentary evidence when requested.
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity associated with the account, or association of the account with an ongoing fraud or financial crime investigation.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion or account closure requests submitted to gr222 support.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, gr222 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal requests and to void any bonus balances. Real money balances in excess of any amounts derived from prohibited activity may be returned to the player's verified payment method at gr222's discretion following an account review.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

gr222 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the platform. The collection and use of personal data is governed by gr222's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at gr222.org/privacy-policy.

By registering a gr222 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where required by law, disclosure to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gr222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gr222 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the gr222 platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the gr222 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the gr222 platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the gr222 platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact gr222 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. gr222 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the relevant jurisdiction.
